On Saturday we took a stroll down Garosu (means street of trees), and window shopped. Then we decided to walk to Rodeo Apujeong for Thai Food. It's about a 45 minute walk, but it was such a nice day out; we might as well get some outside time. However, I failed to dress appropriately, only a t-shirt & zip-up; I got a soar throat and a stuffy head. Yuck!!
Sunday we missed our bible study because I couldn't breathe or raise my (what felt like) 30lb head. I slept in and slept/watched Prison Break Season 1 (3 episodes) with my hubby. Don't worry, I wasn't too sick to have our weekly Sunday Starbucks with Dunkin Donuts. Yum. I couldn't taste anything, but I use my memory to savor every last drop. :)
By 4pm I was feeling much better and I was getting a bit of cabin fever. Patrick always has cabin fever, but I think he was pretending to be fine for my behalf. We decided to bundle up and take a walk to the University. Wow. How beautiful the color!! It picked my sicky spirits right up. We took pictures to illustrate our Sunday stroll.
First we made our way up a loooong never ending hill. This is a curve so it looks flat :)
Here is a building that looks pretty cool.
I'm pretty happy to be near a pretty tree.
Then we saw an interesting building???? Only in Korea.
I felt a little better playing hide and seek with Patrick.
Then we went home and Patrick made a delicious warm rice dish. You can limit a man's cooking tools but not his ability to still create awesome meals!! David, be prepared to do the dishes when you come. We know how much you love seafood :)
