Our new store on the west side is now open!

We are located in the same complex as the Hanna Andersson Outlet, Columbia Outlet and the New Seasons.

I love this store!! The first one is located in NE and takes about 30 minutes for me to get there from our place, but now...it's 1 mile away!! I think Reesa and I will be taking a stroll later today to check out the new diggs.

Today we are having lunch with a friend and strolling 23rd. Reesa and I want to window shop and check out a store that is carrying a friends necklace line. We also are having dinner with a family friend of the Kelley's and maybe the Ubels???? I hope so!!

I realized last night as I was trying to fall asleep that we missed Reesa's 8 month mark!! She is 8 months!! I told my mom group on Tuesday that Reesa will be 8 months next Tuesday, when in fact she was 8 months this past Tuesday. Wow......too fast for me.

Also, yesterday, Patrick came home for lunch and as he was leaving he tried to give Reesa back to me and she didn't want to let go. She even began to cry!! It is so cute how much she loves her daddy. Reesa has entered the phase of stranger recognition. I thought if a lot of people held her while she was a baby, she might skip this phase. A no go. Reesa will go with our immediate family but other than that, she will play and smile near you, but she will not let you hold her. Hopefully this phase will pass soon.

Yesterday we headed over to Jameson Square to try out their water fun.

Reesa didn't love it but she didn't hate it either. We choose a good time to go because a lot of kids must have been having an afternoon nap while we were there. We went over three different times and she only was splashed once. Reesa also made at least three new friends while playing.

After an hour we headed home for Reesa's afternoon nap. She needed to rest of for the invitation making party. Alison was kind enough to make us all dinner and it gave us the strength to make 40 invitations!! It must have been the pasta sauce because check out how cute they came out!!

This weekend Patrick and I are going on a date!! We realized we haven't had a date night once this month!! I think he's taking me to Thai. Yum.
