This weekend we took off to the coast!!
Yes, we just had snow last week and the forecast was not exactly desirable, but we wanted to go. Just the 3 of us for some relaxing family time. And that is what we did.
The month of March is going to be a bit mad and exciting....Patrick is taking on the career of Professor on Thursday evenings in addition to his current job at George Fox. This will be an amazing and interesting adventure for Patrick. I'm so thrilled he has another opportunity to use his teaching skills. We thought it would be nice to kick off this madness/excitement with a 3 day weekend at the beach.
Every time we took Reesa out for a walk along the beach, she thought the waves made bubbles. Like the bubbles she plays with and gets to pop!!
Most of our days were spent playing inside and looking out at the chaotic and beautiful ocean. We discovered a fun new game to play inside: hide and seek. When Reesa went to bed we would relax together and have a nice cozy dinner just the 2 of us.
