As the runners took off, so did I. I waltzed up the hill with my blueberry scone in hand and took photos. I was on my game as well, I mean check out my panoramic abilities. I also got in some good action shots. Patrick did so well, he ran the 10k in 37:57, and beat out all the teachers. That's my hubby!!

I also covered my basis by getting some pre-event photos. Here's Jon getting mentally prepared for the take-off. Jon did really well too. He clocked in at 39 minutes.

I have to admit that I was a bit jealous that Arla got to run without me. She rocked it at 45:47 and also ran the entire way with this Korean guy that had blue tape all over his knees. How cool is that!! I wish I had some blue tape on my knees.

Ok, so I took my photo job a bit serious but only because I needed something to occupy my time as everyone else was enjoying a nice Sunday morning run. I did get to participate in the Brazilian steak dinner we had that night. Yum!!
