Ringing in 2010

Thursday night was full of fun food, beverages, and dancing. The night started out with just the three of us. After dinner the Geists, Bechtels, and Grandma/Grandpa came over.



Patrick made a fantastic spread of shrimp cocktail. He's such a gifted host.



Matt had his first Reesa experience. We sorta pressured him because he hasn't held a baby since his little brother was born. That's only been 18 years or so....



Aunt Alison played with Reesa's belly. Reesa lets Aunt Alison do whatever because she's the "cool" Aunt.



I showed off my 3D glasses that go with my favorite pop-up book.



Crazy Uncle Aaron put Reesa down for the night. He's a natural.



Annie showed us her tap dancing moves followed by her Michael Jackson dance.




We played the game of LIFE and all lost. We were halfway through and it hit midnight....that means dance party!!

We all rang in the new year with the Spice Girls. Can you think of a better band? After that we watched t.v. and realized that we are seriously out of touch with the newest bands, artist, and all around trashy pop culture.

Oh well, we entertained ourselves until 3am. Although if you ask us what we did, no one could tell you because we had no idea how it got so late so fast.
