April Was Not My Friend

We became zoo members!

April has been a crazy month in the Kelley household. Patrick has been grading 8-1o page papers nonstop, Reesa has had a lingering cold, then I got sick, and we've spent almost every weekend at home because of illness.

In other news....Patrick's new job was finally announced on Wednesday!!

Starting May 1st, Patrick will be the Associate Director of Graduate Admissions at George Fox. Along with other new responsibilities he will still continue to handle the Admissions side for the Business School and will add the new Physical Therapy Program to his recruiting efforts. We are so excited for what this next chapter at George Fox will have in store for us!!

Every weekend this month has been difficult in one fashion or another, but not this weekend!! The sun is shining and we are all healthy and ready to be outside. Yesterday we spent most of the day outside. Reesa got to meet the Easter Bunny at the gym while I got a run in, we went to Washington Park with Matt and Cam, had happy hour with the Groves, and concluded our evening with Missio's Good Friday service.

April....you've been a doozy. However, we will finish off on a good note. Can't wait to post photos of Reesa in her prom dress....I mean Easter dress. Reesa has started to love wearing fru-fru dresses and she can sport the tulle. My mom bought Reesa her newest dress. Six layers of tulle. I can say no more.

We welcome May with open arms!! Cinco de Mayo taco truck party here we come....
